Our international customers are very important to us
All prices stated exclude local taxes, are inclusive of delivery to Hong Kong and are purely for export to destinations outside Australia. We make every attempt to keep our catalogue up to date, prices are subject to availablity and variations in the spot market. The customer is billed before goods are dispatched. Winecellars can arrange delivery to destinations outside of Hong Kong but there will be additional freight considerations.
All items are shipped from our warehouses in Australia
All deliveries are tracked from despatch to final destination. We are happy to provide customers with identification tracking numbers and login so that they can follow the progress of their shipment.
We make all attempts to send international orders as quickly as possible. If you feel that your order has been unreasonably delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to track the progress of your shipment. We always endeavour to complete the delivery as promptly as possible, so that we may serve our customers again.
Consideration of duties and regulations outside of Australia
There may be customs restrictions, taxes, import duties and tariffs peculiar to the delivery destination. We cannot be liable for cost or inconvenience levied by authorities outside of Australia. The customer must bear all costs and burdens in relation to fees and delays resultant from international orders.
Errors and disputes resultant from system failure
In the case of network, systemic, IT based, or bank transaction errors, we will make every attempt to deliver to the customer a fair and reasonable outcome. The shopper must be vigilant generally when making purchases through the internet and be wary of it's nature. We take all reasonable precautions in the administration and maintenance of our on-line systems, and advise our site visitors to be prudent, to exercise caution, and to not abuse the service.

The penalty exceeds $500. Every order placed through this site is scrutinized by an alert team who are vigilant for indications that the purchase may have been made by a minor.
Our practice is to verify the customer or to refund the sale if we have any suspicion that the goods will be received by a person under the age of 18 years.
